Wellbeing is the tour chosen by those who want to refresh their body and mind, enjoying in full the natural beauty of the place.

The Wellbeing tour includes:

• overnight stay and breakfast in a charming B&B located in an extremely lovely place on the Palmaria island opposite Portovenere, immersed in greenery opposite the Romanesque San Pietro church. Andrea, the owner, will be delighted to have you as his guest in this enchanting place, which has a marvellous view and a large garden overlooking the sea.

• activity chosen from Yoga Trekking or open air Meditation in exclusive, direct contact with nature. Chadi, who teaches Yoga and Meditation, will be able to give you moments of pure relaxation in a natural context. The activities are all linked to Trekking, Yoga and Meditation. The background to these sessions is magnificent because they take place in the Cinque Terre and Montemarcello national parks.

• evening meal, sampling the traditional dishes of the area in one of the traditional taverns of La Spezia and participation in musical events based on the current programme.
